The Berkeley Arts Council announces the 9th Annual Eastern West Virginia Juried Exhibit, to be displayed in the Berkeley Art Works gallery, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg, WV from September 2 to October 9, 2021. 

Business hours at the Berkeley Art Works are Wednesday - Friday, 11am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 4pm.
