CALL FOR 2010 CALENDAR OF EVENTS

 

The CVB uses information submitted by local organizations and activities to compile a master calendar of events for the Greater Martinsburg area and to answer inquiries from Visitors.


For an activity to be listed on the master calendar, the following criteria must be met:

- Event information must be submitted in writing via email (cara@travelwv.com).  Verbal information cannot be accepted

Event must include: Name of Event, Your Name, Event Location, Phone number/Email and website (if applicable)

- The event must take place in Berkeley or surrounding counties/ I-81 Quad State Corridor

- The event must be open to the general public and visitors.

- Calendar is updated monthly and quarterly in print.

Events sponsored by a nonprofit organization are listed for free. 

 

For profit events are listed on the website and printed calendars …$10 per event paid via check or credit card or you may list 3 events per calendar year for $20.

 

You will be invoiced when your event is submitted or you may pay in advance for three annual listings.
